Just in time for Christmas, Sovereign Hill has released a new gin in collaboration with Ballarat’s Kilderkin Distillery. Sly Grog features a unique mix of botanicals – including juniper, coriander seed, pepper leaf, orange peel and desert lime – which have been sourced from the outdoor museum’s organic gardens. The gin is a homage to the gutsy and hardworking women of the goldfields who supported their families in a harsh and unforgiving environment by selling alcohol on the diggings. Click here to buy now
